This is the first time we've stayed here since the remodel-it was well worth it. Everything was neat and clean, the rooms are well furnished and complete with "final touches" that really show customer experience was thought through when they remodeled. This is a wonderful stay and their prices are very reasonable for this location. The only thing I can say negatively is the breakfast could be better (breads weren't very fresh and not much fruit or yogurt type of options), but it was fine for a free breakfast with decent coffee. We're absolutely going to be coming back to stay in this hotel

This was a getaway trip during the week. The hotel is very conveniently located ( about 3/4 mile, easy walk) to the Newport Aquarium, Purple People Bridge, and Newport on the Levee. We also went on a riverboat cruise, BB Riverboats. I was nice, it was a sight seeing tour.

Ms Debbie was very helpful on arrival planning transportation to the Reds game. Hopped on the TANK shuttle right in front of the property and we walked back using the Purple People Bridge-it was beautiful. Parking was easy. Breakfast was just okay, the seating area was spacious and nice though.

Perfect location. Easy access and parking. Room could have been a little cleaner. There was trash left under the bed and the shower wasn’t fully clean. Other than that, I would stay again.

This hotel is right on the Ohio River and within walking distance of the purple people walking bridge, which is neat. Also, there’s several restaurants right behind the hotel. We loved our quick stay here! Breakfast was good and the gym was the perfect size.

We had a girls day out at the newport aquarium and levee. The two bedroom suite was perfect and reasonable instead of booking separate rooms,, we lived the shower and the beds were so comfortable. The fridges are a bit small but we inly stored pop and water in them which was just enough room. The pillows were the best! The free parking at the hotel is a plus, thats hard to find anymore- and then we walked to the levee about a 15 minute walk on safe pathway. Being on the river was relaxing too.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms very clean and incredibly convenient location. The only reason I didn’t give the staff five stars was the first lady I’d check in was not very helpful when I arrived 15 minutes early and was turned away because my room was not ready. I’m normally accustomed to people trying to find a different room rather than telling me I needed to leave and come back again, other than that five stars all the way.
