“Front desk were friendly, but restaurant staff were so rude! Treated us like we were an inconvenience! Walked across street to Joe's Crab Shack where food and service was amazing. Hallways in hotel smell very musty! Room was nice except it wouldnt let me adjust ac temp woke up sweating in that room. Next i stay in louisville definitely will be staying elsewhere! Need to clean better and teach staff some better customer service skills!”

“decent place to stay, staff helpful, shuttle to/from CVG convenient. only feedback is giant water fountain in lobby is so loud, made desire to hang out there for cup of coffee or dining at restaurant nearly intolerable. i feel sorry for staff who work in that area…definitely unneeded noise pollution.”

“항상 만족하는 드루리 숙박입니다. 그런데 이번에는 한밤 중에 화재경보가 울려서 잠을 잘 못 잤습니다. 그 상황에 대한 어떤 설명도 없었고, 체크 아웃할 때 까지도 사과 한마디 듣지 못했습니다. 많은 숙박객들이 새벽에 경보에 놀라서 호텔 밖으로 나와야했던 상황에 대해서 누구도 설명도, 사과도 안하는 것은 도저히 이해하기 어려웠습니다. 드루리가 문제를 처리하는 방식을 처음 제대로 들여다 본 결과 신뢰하기 어렵다는 생각이 들었습니다.”
