"The front desk staff were excellent. The floor in the room were so dirty we had to keep our shoes on. The bathroom floor was especially disgusting."

"Absolutely disgusting room and bathroom. Pubic hair all over the toilet and hair in the shower. Will never stay here again. "

"Dirty and dingy. No evidence of maintenance inside and out. Tv was not user friendly. Had to call to get convoluted instructions. Husband nearly fell in shower because of slippery tub. Only thing good was coffee."

"I was upgraded to a newly renovated room. I liked the window bench over the ac/heating unit. There were a few things I told them about (desk light didn’t work & ad stuck on TV screen). They immediately addressed the issues. "

"Breakfast was very limited no fresh fruit, toaster didn't work for bagels. Pool was dirty and hot tub didnt work. They were doing construction on the building who woke us up at 7am each morning we were there. Would definitely never go back to this hotel."
