Perfect for us!

No frills inn that did the job for our stay. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Only downside is no breakfast but we have stayed a couple times and plan to book in the future!

Adorable country house

This is an adorable bed and breakfast, just without the breakfast. Probably had to cut costs during Covid lockdowns and they just haven’t brought breakfast back yet. Squeaky clean place, nice management.

Definitely looks fairly new as if they are still setting up some things, however, the view was totally worth every penny, I loved the porch swing! Very relaxing room, very quiet inside even though it is by high traffic. The water pressure was amazing, I actually accidentally fell asleep in the tub. The beds were very comfortable, definitely would stay again!! The space in the back to walk was incredible, I woke up to watch the sunrise, it was breathtaking. The employee (owner) was very friendly!

Receptionist Jay is very friendly, nice and easy communicating. I was very sorry to bother him in the middle of the night and he still assists in no time. Property is also exceptional clean, def will come back.

Effing really???

Between the pipes slamming in middle of the night and the rats chewing on the walls and the guy stomping around all night upstairs, i got about 90 min. Of sleep. On the 1980's spring mattresses. Oh and by the way, no coffee in the morning. No anything really. Some cereal and sugar packets in the "breakfast area". Not even milk for the cereal. I didn't even see the staff. The TV reception was poor. The "complimentary shampoo " was half used. There was a chewing tobacco pouch on the floor next to the bed. The room was not ready when we arrived at 5:00pm. Had to wait for pillow cases. The whole place smelled bad, just stay somewhere else.

It's quaint. Jay (the Manager) was very friendly. Renovated rooms were nice. Property is undergoing a "re-fresh" but still nice; especially for the low cost to stay. I would stay again.

Super cute from the outside but that’s it. No one stays on the property - got told by locals that people go there to buy drugs - dirty burned mattresses outside in hallway making it a huge fire hazard - room was not clean let alone sanitized - was locked out and couldn’t get the key (it’s like a house key not a card key) to work so we couldn’t even stay the night there because no one was there to let us in to even get to our room - when we finally got in (a man staying there had told us key also works to door on porch for our room) we left key at front desk and as we were leaving a vehicle pulled in and almost hit our car because their reckless driving - it was just me and my daughter traveling together and we went to a different hotel because we felt very unsafe

everything old fixtures rusted ,some kind of streaks on bathroom walls.no hotwater in shower.dirt in corners and walls.outside nice inside old can here creaking noise from other rooms.amenities stink.even though its a nice country setting road noise all night.

Too bad!

Bed was comfortable, room was relatively clean. Shower rod was falling off wall, hair dryer did not work, toilet paper holder was falling off wall. A lot of maintenance is needed. No breakfast of any kind offered.
