"The house was wonderful to stay in and visit. The only comment and this is a more philosophical one - what is the balance between originality and being fresh for a guest to inhabit? I think this needs careful thinking through. The house is wonderfu and its a great place to stay if you love Bawa architecture, but some areas could do with cleaning more thoroughly or replacing. "The room was quite big and perfect., It had a very good taste on decoration and so. The location of the hotel is ideal to get to know Colombo. Very close to some of the big hotel chains of the area but with a much better cost benefit ration. We were also very grateful with the attention of the staff as they accommodated our late check in needs and waited for us accordingly."

"A very spacious clean rooms. Friendly hard working staff. Lots of TV channels, good amenities. New year's day buffet was very good with local items. They should have breakfast buffets everyday. New Year's Eve dinner time the music was very loud, that should have outdoor show, not indoor, we skipped the bar as no one could make any kind of conversation there with ear piercing music!"
