“We believed 4 star mark, but this hotel cannot be 4 star. 1. The bedding, sheet and chair conditions are not clean, cheap and thin material with low quality. 2. Temperature of room was freezing cold in October, so we asked heating and portable heater but they provide blanket. However we could not use, it was not clean and we afraid bedbug and flea. She offered a restaurant suggestion that was less touristy and more authentic than the one we had already chosen and made our stay feel like it was our home. Very quaint and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. ”

We have left other resorts to stay here because the service and amenities are just better. They really make you feel comfortable.”
