Egi is such a sweetheart and this place was incredible. She offered a restaurant suggestion that was less touristy and more authentic than the one we had already chosen and made our stay feel like it was our home. Very quaint and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

B &B was beautiful. Lobby and dining areas very nice. Narrow road from main artery 1/2 mile long to B& B was very narrow and winding, and turn off from that road to hotel driveway was not well marked. Breakfast was somewhat modest, but good quality. Hostess and staff were very helpful.

Fabulous. Highly recommended

I cannot say enough about how lovely our stay was. Egi and her staff could not have been more accommodating. We enjoyed a lovely dinner there as well. The Villa is a beautiful old Italian home built for Cardinal Morelli. Sitting in the living room it’s easy to imagine people coming to visit the Cardinal at his home at his home hundreds of years ago.

A true diamond of the Umbrian countryside. This beautifully maintained historic property overlooks woodland and fields. The garden is well kept with lots of fruit trees, limes, pomegranate and flowers. Plenty of shade and sun. Breakfast in the garden was just lovely, a friendly cat came to visit every morning! The pool area and bar are fab, bar and pool staff very helpful. The house staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. It felt like home away from home, because the atmosphere was wonderful! Many thanks to Egi and her staff. Truly wonderful experience.

Loved our stay! Very pleasant staff, checked in late around midnight and they waited there just for us. (Though they mentioned they usually don't do late check in). Super cool premises, classical Italian countryside manor. Decor was very authentic Italian feel, music playing downstairs in the house. Felt like going back in time, and such a pleasant escape from the hustle and bustle of Napoli/Rome. Breakfast was fresh toast and homemade fruit preserves, cheese, couple options of fruit juice and coffee. Fresh fruit from trees on the property. Delicious!!! Pool on site is very nice too. The owner of the property is very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful getaway! Love the mountain views and peace and quiet. I hope to return soon!

We did not stay as the rating and photos were totally misleading. The road to get there is badly maintained; the place has NO resemblance to the photos. Dowdy, inconvenient, depressing. I think the comments and consequent rating must be fake. We went to a very modest hotel—actually a sort of truck stop hotel—and were happy we did!

Une magnifique rencontre, un plaisir de partager avec les dames de cette splendide demeure, une cuisine succulente, une chambre plus que magnifique un petit déjeuner délicieux. Séjour chaleureux et convivial
