Atencion...no tiene ascensor y nuestra habitacion, que era lindidima, tenia una escalera dentro. Totalmente recomebdable!”

Hostess very cordial at checkin but staff should pay more attention. staff should offer to take stored luggage and place in the proper place rather than telling guests at such a hotel to simply put their stored luggage in a closet themselves. And the young man who showed me to my room didn't explain anything other than this is your room when in fact the light switch operation was far from obvious. I'm being picky but it is a high end hotel. staff could use an upgrade in...
