โIt's a new hotel with good facilities and efficient staff, respond quickly.The only problem i have is the noise that can burst into my eardrum by the loud music from Simpang Lima Events held during the night till almost midnight of my last night stay.For 3 star hotel it's well done Ibis Styles Simpang Lima.Will be coming back. โ
โThings I loved:
- The staff was very helpful and friendly.
- The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many selections
- the bed was comfortable
- room service was fast and affordable
- the room was cleaned every day I was there
Areas for improvement:
- The lighting by the mirror in the bathroom was not sufficient. Need more lights
- The shower heads need to be cleaned and decalcified with vinegar
- The toilet would flush inconsistently
