“Absolutely fantastic apartment in a Beautiful location, the rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard, the staff were extremely helpful and always smiling! A great selection at breakfast especially the freshly made scrambled eggs. We popped down to the restaurant on a couple of evenings and the food was lovely. Nothing at all negative to say!”

“Excellent!! Thank you for your kind”

“Horrible location No reception staff”

Breakfast area on the second floor serves a good spread every morning. The palazzo was better than " four star" hotels we have stayed in during our trip around Italy this year. Staff on site only part of the day but no issues with access. Barbara sends all required info by email well in advance. We loved Bergamo and our stay in Porta Picta!”

“A nice clean property in easy walking distance to the old city.”

“Great location in the heart of Old Town Bergamo.”

“Good”

“Couldn’t fault anything perfect location helpful staff and lovely quirky room”

“Beautiful property, near pristine condition with tons of convenient amenities. Every night we enjoyed dinner in the complex and people watched while the kids played. Despite all the activities in the complex, including late night shows, the rooms were very quiet. We didn’t hear a peep and slept super soundly. The *only* confusing bits were check-in (just go to the Radisson), and the light controls… but those are very minor inconveniences. HIGHLY recommend, and will definitely stay again if...
