"The room was clean and very close to the major sites to see in Verona. The breakfast basket was a nice touch with yummy jam. The downsides of our stay was that the room was very warm and we weren't allowed to change the settings on the AC. We had access to a parking pass, but we weren't told about the construction happening the morning after our stay and got a ticket despite parking in the right area. "

"The apartment was as pictured and described. Check-in was easy, walked us to the apt., showed us how to lock the door (not a standard US door lock), and gave recommendations for food places. There was a little confusion about us checking out. We had to take the key back to the main office because we never received the keypad code in order to leave the keys in the apt. Other than that, it was great!"

"We loved our stay at Lady Verona! The location is perfect for exploring all the best that Verona has to offer. We took in the opera and felt very safe walking the short walk back to the apartment at almost 2 a.m. The kitchen access on each floor, the rooftop terrace with its panoramic view, and the comfortable, spacious room and modern bathroom were very much appreciated! Also, the elevator to reach the upper floors was a bonus when bringing luggage in and out. Thank you for a great stay! We will be back!"

"Very kind and helpful staff, especially as we arrived much later to check in than anticipated due to issues with our hire car, and the night porter organised a taxi for us when we checked out early in the morning. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and have good air conditioning, we particularly liked the bathroom. The location is very convenient and the terrace has a lovely view of the piazza."
