I booked this hotel because of its location and reasonable rates. The hotel is within 10-min walk to the pedestrian entrance of the cruise terminal from there one can take the free shuttle to the ship. The hotel is also within 10-min walk to the train station. All in all, it's location, location, and location.

Andrea was nist helpful from helping with our luggage when we arrived, recommending local places for us to visit while we waited for our room to be ready, to sending us a message notifying of our room status. He made the visit very stress free. We stayed one night in a family suite and it was suitable for our needs. 2 baths and enough space for my family of 4 to stretch out. It is conveniently located near several eateries. The shuttle to the cruise port was timely. I'd book again when back in the area

Excellent location if you need access to the cruise terminal. Front desk staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Hotel arranged a transfer to the cruise terminal @15 euros pp, which seemed reasonable. This hotel is located in a beautiful section of town, directly adjacent to the public park and beach.

The hotel facility is old but it is situated near the port. There are shops, restaurants and a promenade across the street which is quite lively. Surrounding areas seemed safe and there was firework on the street the night we stayed. A public shuttle bus for cruise passengers @ Euro 6 per person is nearby which made it convenient to reach the cruise terminal.

This is a 6 minute walk from the train station. Easy access to local shops and restaurants. You will need to walk back to the train station to get bus or shuttle service to the port. It’s 6 euros for bus but you can negotiate same price for van.

The room was clean and furniture was very modern and new. Friendly hotel staff. Breakfast buffet was ok, served from 7am-10am. Free and fast wifi. Only down side was there is no water for guests. You can't even refill your reusable water bottle at the breakfast buffet. There is a sign warning guests that you cannot fill bottles at the buffet. They do sell bottled water in a vending for cheap price of 1€/1Euro, but the water isn't cold enough. You'll need to put in the fridge in your room overnight for cold water. Overall, our stay was good. We choose this hotel because it is very close to the train station and close the cruise ship shuttle #1 bus stop location.

What I liked about the room was that he was close to all the activity near the port and had very good views of our room. The bad thing about I did not like was we had very old TVs and one elevator for the entire hotel. The hotel is under renovation, which is very noticeable, hopefully in the near future or the next time I come back to visit, it would be completed. Otherwise I would’ve gave all fives.
