“Great apartment just 5 mins walk to the pier with all of its attractions. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. If I was going to Clacton again I would have no hesitation in staying here. ”

“Really nice place, little bit tight on space to move around the bed but it is what it is. Floor is a little squeaky, so that made me a bit concerned for the people below with me walking around. But apart from that it was perfect for my weekend trip. And being so close to the sea front for a morning/evening walk or to fgo sun yourself on the beach it's in a brilliant location.”

I complaint immediately at arrival, the situation got worse when the host accused the guest of trashing the caravan without any evidence and refused to refund the deposit. The guest took pictures at arrival to proof that the caravan was so filthy you could call it inhabitable. The smell was so bad they felt unable to breathe without leaving the...

“The caravan was very clean on arrival. The host had left cleaning products for us. The beds were made and also extra bedding. Clean towels were available. The host called before we arrived to let us know she had left ice lollies for the children and some crisps. There was also things like ready meals, tea, coffee, sugar and sauces. Also a bbq to use. ”
