"Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was spotless. The hotel was clean, although elevators and doors could use some windex. Loved the pool and of course the beach was gorgeous and steps from the hotel. "

"We had the Beachview balcony and that was the best thing here. Everything else was below average for being so expensive. The hotel itself felt dirty and had a weird smell. Shower didn’t drain fast enough so every shower we had to use our sandals and stand in a puddle of dirty water. The pool looked dirty and the morning breakfast is not really a breakfast. They only had bagels, some cold toast, juices and some muffins. I was expecting eggs, sausages and waffles. But no. They also charged me $30 for an extra guest fee but I didn’t even have an extra guest stay with me but they refuse to refund me the $30. Also, the ladies at the front has no idea of their processes because they told me to contact hotels.com which I did but hotels said they never wrote down an approvals for refund. They lack communication and I lost $30. Whatever, won’t be back to this hotel ever again. "

"The location of the property was awesome! The rooms were ok and the balcony was less desirable. Mel the beach attendant was #1 very disappointed in the way they treat people who smoke. The hours of the restaurant and bar are very odd being people come to vacation and everything shuts down by 9 or 10. "

"We got upgraded to a suite with a full kitchen. Room was good size and the bed was comfortable. They have two pools and nice balconies with tables and chairs. Staff was friendly and accommodating. You can walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk. "
