Overall the hotel is ok. Most of the staff was nice, except the manager C.B. or at least that's what she said her name was. Horrible customer service from her. She and another guy (pool manager) made the biggest deal about us leaving our 3 young kids stuff out on the chairs. They cleaned it up and told us different stories about how long we can leave it unattended. One said 5 min the other said 15 min. They ruined our breakfast as she proceeded to argue with my husband and I about it at the breakfast table (jimmys fish house) My husband couldn't even finish breakfast he had to go sit with our stuff by the pool so they don't take it. Instead of maybe saying "hey you guys didn't know so its ok today but tomorrow don't do it." No she wanted to be completly rude about it. However we seen other people do the same and no one came to move their stuff. If you have rules apply them to everyone. And she sits at Jimmys Fish House bar almost every night drinking its just unprofessional to see.
Rooms can be cleaned better floors always dirty, our socks were black on the bottom.
Some of those vents in the hallways are black? Mold?
