Nett, großes Zimmer, Bad mit Tageslicht, Blumen
Wir waren auf der Durchreise und nur zum Schlafen da. Haben gut geschlafen. War ruhig. Vor dem Zimmer waren blühende Pflanzen. Das sah sehr schön aus. Ein Badezimmer mit Tageslicht ist auch immer gut.

Do not book this disgusting place!
There was no heat in the room and it was disgustingly dirty especially this year bathroom where it should be condemned. Do not book this place and it should be taken away from hotels.com as it is that bad that people shouldn't stay there.

Dirty Room and very unfriendly Night Staff
The booked room was dirty, the bed full of stains and hairs. When confronted the Night Manager was unwilling to help. "You booked a cheap room! You can book on a higher rate for a different room!" was his answer. Only when we insisted on a clean room or fresh cleaning he gave us the key to a regular room which then was nice, warmed up and had a bath room en suite. We figured out that the original booked room was more of a rented out staff room or something in a side building with a noisy and also dirty Washington room from the campground. ABSOLUTELY no recommendation for this booking variant! We have no Problem with basic Outfit but cheap booking still means clean and liveable.

I don't think the washroom/shower facilities were cleaned once over the 2 nights we were there! The room walls were badly in need of a cleaning and new paint. None of the three remotes worked - two needed batteries which we supplied, and the third appeared to be broken. There was no functional smoke detector.

To avoid !
I had a room with shared bathroom. The room smelt musty and was not clean, clearly it has not been used or ventilated for a while. Furniture is outdated, smoke detector has been removed, yellow stains on sheets, dust, dead flies (a lot !) ... Concerning the shared bathroom, it was worse. I was the only one to use it but still it was very dirty (not cleaned properly). There was mold on walls and ceilings, spider webs in the corner, dust ... If you can, don't go there !

Die Unterkunft war sehr schlecht. Hatten ein Zimmer für zwei Personen gebucht. Zimmer war nicht sauber. Herd war kaputt und Küchenschränke waren heruntergekommen. Die sanitäreinrichtungen waren auch dreckig. Die Trennwände auf der damentoilette waren viel zu klein.

Quiet hotel room at the back.
Really enjoyed the swimming pool on such a hot trip. Close to an outstanding bakery just behind the information centre. The manager was very helpful and kind.

cheap is cheap
Just needed an overnight stop during a road trip so opted for a cheap room. Knew the room wouldn't have a private bath, but it also didn't have what I feel should be basics. Basic maintenance is also lacking or done very amateurly. Main light was a large tube fluorescent light over the bed. Other light fixtures either had burnt out bulbs or no bulbs at all. No smaller lights for reading in bed, no side tables, no kleenex. TV wasn't working. Wifi couldn't handle peak times. Was concerned about security since the door lock was hard to tell if it was locked at all. No inner security locks or chains, etc. Shared bath did not have functional locks on the stalls either. The room did have full kitchen amenities, but I didn't need them myself.

Great location, good rooms, good people and right next to Tims and grocery store and gas station. 5-6 waterfalls within an hour's drives.

Called to tell hotel I would be late answered in a foreign language then was rude I couldn't understand the person . Was rudely told they would not be there and the key would be outside not told where outside or thank you or anything. Got to room they know we were coming the ac was off all windows closed. It was over 40 degrees in the room and the walls were wet. We had to air the room out for over an hour and run the ac before we could even go in the room to try to sleep. Huge pike of garbage right outside the room like I mean 15 plus bags of garbage from the camp ground I guess

Nice Hotel
Stayed in Clearwater a few times.... first time at this hotel. A little older establishment but found it clean, nice size and more comfortable than the other place stayed.

We like the location for the campground and hotel combination. The staff is a bit clueless about large groups, but is friendly and leaves us alone. The rooms are a bit dirty, but not to the level of being unfit to stay in. The bedding and towels are clean

Good convienient stop
This was a one night stop and it was just fine! Young lady at the office was very friendly and quick getting us on our way. The hotel was hardly occupied as it is still early season. Good bed ! Good water pressure in shower ! Pretty clean room , Quiet night , again , no one in rooms next to us. The only thing I can say is the mini coffee machine in our room needs to be replaced, it's 1980's circa. Overall good value for what you pay.

Last resort late night
Crashed here after a long day of driving. The owner was very vague about the room we were in and this kept us looking around in the dark for a bit while we were exhausted. The room was outdated, but at least the bed was surprisingly comfy. There were spiders in a couple corners of the room as well, and not sure if it had been thoroughly cleaned as the toilet paper roll was down to nothing

The room is big and has everything what one needs but is a bit worn out. Everything from the room above and the stairs was heard - no sound insulation. To expensive.

Overpriced.
The bed was comfortable and clean (great job to the chambermaids!), however the room needed some serious maintenance, and updating. Asked for a cot, and was refused. Asked about breakfast deal (that is in the hotel description on this site), and was told that the hotel and restaurant were no longer owned by the same owner, so that was no longer offered. Overpriced for what was provided. Would have been satisfied if it was $60-70 per night

The Special Price was a room without a bathroom. Even the regular rooms were old and there were signs saying if you used any kitchen items there was a $35 maid service.

The wifi didn't work when we arrived, it took a while to get that corrected. One room had a used towel in the bathroom. All in all an adequate place to sleep, but I wouldn't necessarily go there again...

Good for short stay
Not a bad place for the money for a short stay. Older place, but clean and seems fairly well kept. Could use some upgrading on the outside, but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Their WIFI didn't work while we were there, but not their fault. The restaurant at the front of the Inn is not open until May 2016, but other places to eat near by.

Be aware
When I arrived at the hotel I was told that all $50 room bookings had been cancelled and they only had $100 rooms available, thus doubling the price. As it was 7pm and after a very long drive I had no alternative but to pay the increase. The owner was very abrupt and rude and put the key back in the drawer when I questioned his policy.

I stayed one night the room was good with separate space for the suitcases. There were both refrigirator and microwave, but the power cord could not be connected unless you disconnected the fridg. The was clean , but required some ventilation.

A good pit stop motel- not a destination..
This was a stop-over en route to Jasper and was just fine for that purpose. Arrived at 8pm and out by 8am. It is a motel, a bit lower than a Motel 6. Restaurant nearby was too expensive for what was offered so we drove on, but the beds were comfortable for the hours required. Considering the other accommodation options available in this area, this was adequate. It still had a metal key and had not been updated for some time!

Not bad
Motel was very clean, beds were comfortable. The only complaint I have is that we were on the bottom floor and even though the people above us were not walking loudly, it was extremely loud. Ask for the top floor. Also, it says "small playground", but it is just a swing set that is not secured to the ground. We went into town and found a playground. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked clean.
