“We didn’t even get to stay in the hotel waited 30minutes outside for them to tell us the people before damaged the property so we could not stay so they left a 18year old and 17 year old with no where to stay 3hours away from home so not the best visit if I say so myself and will not be going back ”

“Arriving to check in to have to try and contact someone via watsapp only to be given a silly excuse as to why they didnt have a room ,apparently previous guests had damaged the property is check out not 11am this should have been noted before 7pm . . “Excellent service from the start. I had request a slightly earlier check in as i was traveling from Glasgow, my room had been cleaned to an exceptionally high standard for my arrival. This was greatly appreciated as I had travelled to attend a funeral service. The hotel is only a 2 min walk from Cleethorpes railway station, so very easy to find and get to. The hotel is immaculate and beds are comfortable. Great local hotel. 5* ”

“the staff very friendly and helpful. The main stairs carpet somewhat threadbare but everywhere kept tidy and clean. They only do a continental breakfast but as much as you can eat and plenty of choice with a member of staff on hand to help out. You can either eat in the lounge, no tablecloths, or take it back to your room. I had a family room so plenty of space. The room had tea and coffee making facilities and a little fridge. The toilet and shower room was a bit cramped with the shower...
