"Very crowded the days we stayed due to a film convention. Could not get towels or my room cleaned"

"Stayed here several times before and the rooms were much cleaner. This time around not so great. The first room we were given was not even clean. It was if the desk didnt know the room had not bn clean since the last person checked out and we checked in at 6p. Anyway asked for another room no problem it was clean just not as clean as what I was expecting. Safe area close to everything. Restaurants shopping depending on what your there for. Bed is comfy could use more pillows everything worked at least. Not bad for the price"

"Price was better than others near by. Room was comfortable and clean. Check in was ok but was not able to get handicap accessible as I'd hoped. Breakfast is at 7 which was no benefit since I like to be on road before."

"Breakfast was fine- they could space it out a bit better. All the hot items were placed in one corner so there was always a rush in one corner. The room was bad - our toilet wasn’t working properly- the water kept running. We told the front desk but non one came to fix it. We had to keep fixing it ourselves. We had multiple rooms and one of the rooms has bed bugs in it. "

"We booked around midnight, showed up 10 minutes later. We were only staying the night to get rest to finish our drive. The front desk was super helpful, even put us on the quietest floor. We did not have breakfast there as it was about $15 for adults and $10 per kid and we didn't want that extra expense. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet."
