"The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. "The decor was cute and the Roku TV, designated parking, and A/C was a great touch! However, the bathroom was a nightmare plus I feel like they should really have a mattress protector. A deep clean in the shower and bathroom is overdue. There were body hair trimmings all over the sink and a mold/staining all over the shower’s floor, grout, and walls."
