“Booked the room while still on the way for myself and my 11 year old. Called multiple times to confirm reservation. When we arrived there was no one working. No one there at the property. A note with a number, same number I called 6 times now. We were forced to call Expedia who worked very hard to resolve the issue. In the end we had to drive an additional 100 + miles in a storm at 2:00 am in the morning to stay somewhere else. Never received a call from this property in regards to above issues...
