“Very nice hotel, clean property with a very friendly staff. The suites are very spacious for 4-6 travelers with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a nice living area. The pool area was also very clean. There was a free breakfast buffet which was decent. One thing to mention - this property attracts people leaving for cruises or flying out of Ft Lauderdale, so there are a lot of families. “Great experience the pregnant lady that worked at the front desk when I arrived on June 25, 2026 around 9 AM was very helpful very courteous very knowledgeable and overall just a great experience. My customer service with A1. I would definitely recommend this hotel 10 out of 10 highly recommend.”

“First time in this hotel, the room was spacious, renovated and clean, I have not used the hotel amenities so have no comment about them. Hotel location is great and 4-5 minutes drive to all restaurants, shopping. Will come back again to this hotel.”

“Decent room but very little else”

“Spacious, clean room. Seemed to be conveniently located to food and shopping. Unfortunately, I was only there for one night. There’s a shuttle to the cruise port ($20 pp) as well but it was a bit cheaper in a Lyft. Also, there was a free shuttle to and from the airport.”

“The hotel over booked the rooms and gave my room away before I arrived. I had no where to stay and they didn’t even help me find a new hotel to sleep at.”
