โHotel is situated in a very convenient location right across the promenade and pier. I personally felt that the bed was small for two people, but the room was maintained well with cleanliness to good standard. Lovely staff who were quite helpful with our tour plans. I particularly loved their breakfast options. Would definitely stay again if I visited the town.โ
โI have visited the quay on a number of occasions and it just gets better. The location is superb looking over the estuary, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. โItโs very good location nice breakfast itโs amazing. Parking is little bit difficult coz I did not know I need to pre book itโs only one day and next day was good . I like to see view from my hotel room . I will recommend 5 star rate โ
โGreat hotel in a lovely location. The hotel staff are polite, courteous and friendly. Rooms are comfy but you need an upgrade for a view. Breakfast was excellent and a warm welcome from the staff. Parking is a bit limited and with narrow bays door knocks may be an issue but overall this is a great place to spend a break in Llandudno.

โIt was approx 15 mins walk to the main town of Llandudno, was clean and tidy and had a big bathroom, our room had a bathroom on a lower level so had to go down a few stairs. Unsure if other rooms had more accessable bathrooms but worth asking if your not very mobile.
Lovely breakfast but asked for it for 8am and got there at 8 but a bit slow on the service and received breakfast at 8:50.
All in all a very nice stay with friendly staff and clean and well presented rooms.โ

โ 11 out of 10! There were four of us--two teens, myself (the mom) and my dad. I had a bit of a time finding reasonable accommodation that would fit us all, but the top floor suite was perfect! With two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a pullout sofa bed, everyone had their own bed (very comfortable beds too!) and space. โI need to get whole refund. It was canceled at my presence at the hotel upon agreement with the General Manager of the hotel on the day of lodging because they cannot meet my requirement of a bathtub-room and asked additional fee of 80 pounds for the room having a bathtub in bathroom.
