Can y Bae. Definitely go there.

Bed was excellent. Dining room and breakfast were very good and staff are extremely helpful and courteous. Room was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was small and very cramped and shower definitely needs upgrading.

The hotel was along the promenade of Llandudno easy walk to main high street, 10 min walk to train station, 10 min walk to Orme tram station the room was comfortable clean and there was tea and coffee making facilities i didnt have a breakfast in the hotel so i cant comment i only saw the staff on the first day to check in on the whole its in a nice location for everything beach, shops, buse and trains, i would stay here again.

Lovely stay

Lovely hotel, very clean, great breakfast, they can’t do enough for you and very polite. This hotel is very central for everything like the theatre, shops and pier

We really enjoyed are stay, staff couldn’t do enough for you and nothing was too much trouble. The communal lounges were lovely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely too. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Very welcoming. All the staff were top class Single room clean, quiet and comfortable for a good night’s sleep. £10 choice of several enticing breakfasts. Only six minutes walk along the front to the theatre. Parking on street is charged from 10am-4pm, wasn’t a problem for me. I’ll stay here again on my next visit.

Overall satisfied with this hotel. Price was OK, good customer service, room size was adequate. There are some issues with the age of the hotel. For example, with the shower, water flips between hot and cold at times.

Convenient hotel

Nicely situated on the seafront. There was a little confusion about checking in, as one receptionist served both this hotel and the one next door (they are connected internally) so if there is no answer at the front door, try the Central Hotel next door

We visited Llandudno, Wales for the first time and really enjoyed it. The hotel was well located and easy to get wherever we needed to go. The staff was very friendly and eager to help in anyway necessary. We would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking to visit Llandudno.

Good location hotel was fine, clean and comfortable slightly dated but done the job on the seafront and room was very clean and accommodated a later check in

Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Room was lovely and clean bed was comfortable. Quiet at night. Perfect location, right on the promenade, town within 5 mins walk away. Breakfast £8.95pp and was beautiful and HUGE. No onsite parking but managed to park right outside the hotel and only costs £5.50 for 24hrs. We would definitely stay again

Nice place and location. Lacking a bit on the comfort of the bed. Had a amazing ocean view which was awesome. No parking was a challenge as it is very busy during the day but we sorted it out but not convenient. Staff were fantastic.
