"We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. "Infinity pool was only available to swim at 4:00pm which was kind of a bummer. But there were 2 other pools in the next building with option of closed or open. Walkable to the busy streets of Ninh Binh with food, shopping and other stores. "
