"The Bathroom shower doesn't have any lights nor shelves. Our safe was broken. It is a very nice hotel"

"Airport shuttle stopped at 11pm - we did not use. Across from Foxwoods about 17 min drive to Mohegan. Overall clean rooms and surroundings. Breakfast is continental, they said they are working on a better breakfast which includes cooked food. Parking was really hard due to it being Labor Day weekend. Check in was after 4 but we did not get a room until about 530-6p because they did not have clean rooms. They were hustling to clean the rooms and make them available. No complaints"

"Welcoming, helpful, friendly, professional front desk staff. My room was impeccably clean and tidy. The property is centrally-located with ease of accessibility to main roads and major highways, yet far enough off Boston Post Road to ensure a quiet, peaceful and restful stay. Overall, an outstanding, no-frills property! I look forward to staying here once again!"

"Excellent staff and very clean facilities, including room, exercise room, and lobby. Backup plans for coffee/gift shop being open should be made as one day it was closed during prime morning hours. Only negative was it's right in the bar zone between Church and Chapel. If you are there Friday or Saturday, plan on being up quite late."

"Great stay. The staff was awesome, super friendly at every level and any time we had a problem (needed more towels, tv wasn't working), they were wonderful and fixed it fast. It was the cheaper option of the hotels we looked at but this shouldn't keep you away. Very clean and comfortable beds."
