“We were supposed to stay for two days, we only stayed for thirty minutes. They didn’t refund me for the second that I didn’t stay. The toilet wouldn’t flush, our room is near the front, there was no privacy.”

We booked through Expedia for only a 1 night stay and when we arrived to check in, they didn’t have any of the type of room we reserved, so they downgraded. The front desk person basically said our room wasn’t guaranteed because we booked through Expedia. We would stay again but book with the hotel directly.”
