“Issues with tv not working. Asked for help. No one explained the 2 remotes or how they worked. TV said no signal. It was supposed to be addressed while we were out. Returned to same issue and told we would have to wait until tomorrow. Fortunately I was able to figure out smaller remote that says room control was for the tv. Difficult to navigate but I was able to get something going. ”

“We enjoyed our night’s stay at this property and felt safe. However, the door to room 312 was not tightened properly. We used the upper latch to help secure it even more. Hot breakfast was decent, typical continental style…eggs, sausage, waffles, bread to toast, packets of hot cereal, cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc. No complaints. The attendant was kind and friendly. Overall, we would return to the property. It’s accessible to nearby restaurants, shops, and the Newport News/Williamsburg...
