Estimada Sra. Viviana,Lamentamos que utilice un medio para informar a posibles clientes sobre la calidad de nuestro establecimiento durante su estadia. No podemos permitir que debido a su falta de comunicacion con su intermediario, arruine la imagen de nuestra empresa. Usted se presento en el Hotel dias posteriores a su ingreso en el Hotel, solicitando que modifiquemos la fecha de ingres, le comunicamos como corresponde que todos los cambios los debe realizar a traves de la plataforma, posteriormente usted coloca este comentario sin sentido, dado que usted nunca realizo la reserva directa con el Hotel, nosotros a usted no le cobramos un solo centavo, sino que de acuerdo a contrato cobramos segun las facturas a Expedia.comPor favor le sugerimos que de acuerdo a su reserva con Expedia pueda resolver su problema, y no desprestigiar a nuestra empresa, que no incumplio en absoluto el contrato, su habitacion estaba lista en la fecha reservada y fue usted la que no llego al Hotel en esa fecha!

In the third room she was finally given on the night she checked in, that is, because the first two were so dirty, including the carpet and bedding with hairs, etc., she found a hole in the floor big enough for someone to crawl through in the bathroom! But by then she was tired of switching rooms and covered it with a trashcan and put a glass on top in case someone tried to move it from underneath she would be able to hear the glass break. Needless to say, she didn't sleep well that night, which is why she checked out the next day and canceled the rest of her reservation.

About the "hole" you mentioned on your review, we did not find any hole or anything like that, so we think you maybe magnify the problems, due to the room changes! Claims to be a 4 star property, it is far from it. The hotel rooms have not been updated for at least 50 years. Smoking is common place in the rooms. There is no fan in the bathroom There is no one in the hotel who speaks English. The pictures are very deceptive. On the other side. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very good.

Comfortable and friendly staff
Comfortable room with air-con, good sized room and bathroom, really friendly helpful staff, decent options for breakfast, convenient location for town centre.

The only inconvenient in this hotel is they have only one room with AC inside the room the other ones have the AC on the window an whent you close the courtain the AC is covered and they controlled from the lobby they turn on or off the AC

Clean rooms, decent location
I ended extending my stay as it was an easy location and the staff was helpful. The maids constantly cleaned the room which was nice.

Good location, good service a bargain
Visiting a friend in Cochabamba and I wanted to stay in the downtown area. The room was kept very clean and the front desk helped me whenever I needed help also. I liked the price too.

Only the location of this place is key
We arrived super late and they still welcomed us very nicely, but there is no ramp so my mum could not use her wheelchair. At least there was an elevator. The sauna they have is only open from Thursdays on and it also allows access to the general public which seem to me a bit strange. The inside of the building was frozen in time in the 70's. If some investor would take care of this place it would be a hit.

Not 4 stars, old as hell and terrible wifi
Landed in Cochabamba without knowing where to stay and saw this Hotel. At first, they wanted 70 Dollars directly from the reception reduced to 50 with hotels.com Like many said, very old hotel, terrible wifi, small bed for a couple but located a block from the main square, good for a night not longer just like the City of Cochabamba!

It does not look like in the pictures,
Everything was old in the rooom,bed covers were stained,some of their staff were just not courteous... sauna was ok

Es un hotel en pleno centro de Cochabamba, lo que es bueno para viajes de trabajo, pero necesita renovar mobiliarios y alfombras; además de los baños. No es malo, pero es algo decadente.

Muchas gracias por su retroalimentacion, estamos en un proceso de renovación del mobiliario en General, es así que ya en un 50 % del total de habitaciones, ya instalamos TV LED de 32", Aire Acondicionado SPLIT, y novedades en torno al mobiliario en si. Esperamos que en su próxima visita pueda apreciar los cambios realizados. Estamos a su servicio!

Hotel that has seen better days
We reserved a non-smoking room through Expedia, arrived in Cochabamba and the reception hadn't confirmed the booking, then acknowledged it, but gave us a small smoking room, rather dingy and dark, with just one chair and a small table apart from the bed, this in a hotel that claims to be four star! We asked to change this but the man at receeption refused and stated it was a non-smoking room (despite the smell and the ashtray). The second person at reception confirmed that yes, it was a smoking room. The breakfast is modest, without any waiter service apart from someone asking the room number, and the second day we had to leave early (6am) to catch a flight but there was no accomodation for this, and we left without eating or drinking anything, again fine but not in a four star hotel. The second night there was a party ('event') in the room upstairs and the noise of chairs dragging across floors went on until well after midnight. I complained twice and the reception finally offered to change our room at midnight, but by then it was too late to be meaningful. The folks in the reception were always quarrelling between themselves, and the atmospherte in general was rather unpleasant.
