No cobraron lo acordado ni entregaron factura.

La tarifa que nos cobraron no fue la que estaba en la web. No nos entregaron factura pese a que la reserva decía que la tarifa incluía impuestos. No volveré a ir.

No geral, a estadia correspondeu às descrições já constantes do site. Os funcionários foram prestativos, mas, pagar a conta, tivemos a surpresa de que era precisa pagar uma diferença de "pedidos extras" (mais uma chácara de cafe, mais porção de ovos, etc) nos café e teríamos que pagar o hotel em dinheiro. Isso foi muito chato e desagradável, sobretudo porque nos pegou de surpresa. O café da manhã já não é grande coisa, e ainda cobra por uma chícara de café a mais, é inaceitável. Além disso, ter que pagar a conta em espécie, não é legal.

Cuando quise salir del lugar, no había manera; el inmueble estaba bajo llave y tomó varios minutos hasta que alguien de la administración viniera a abrir la puerta; motivo por el que llegué tarde a una reunión y, lo más importante, en caso de emergencia una catástrofe fácilmente ocurre. La ducha eléctrica (no tiene calefón) tenía una manguera que se desconectaba cada dos minutos, ocasionando que me quede sin agua a medilo ducharme en repetidas oportunidades

Good hotel, bathroom issue needs to be improved.

A good hotel about a 12 minute walk to Plaza Principal. (Main Square) The hotel is one block away from Paseo del Prado, Cochabamba's main thoroughfare. The hotel is clean, safe (Cochabamba is a very safe city) and the continental breakfast is good. My only criticism is..........the bathroom! The shower had no curtain, I addressed the issue with reception and was told that that's the way the bathroom was. So after a shower the entire bathroom became a swimming pool. Another thing was the lack of hot water. There's an electric water heater right on the showerhead, but the amount of hot or warm water was indeed very limited on both nights of our stay. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff friendly and helpful. The location is good. Just the bathroom issue needs to be improved.

solo un detalle

El hotel excelente!! El unico detalle es que al salir del hotel, la persona de recepcion, no tenia clara la tarifa y me indicaba que tenia que pagar otra noche, Pero es un poco incomodo que te digan "espera no te retires por que parece que tienes que pagar mas" literalmente tuve que tomar mi maleta y salir sin mas, igual me pidio el telefono...
