Studiohuoneisto on melko pieni, mutta siisti. Rauhallinen ympäristö ja hyvä sijainti kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta. Hyvin toimiva ilmainen WiFi. Palvelut lähellä. Pysäköintipaikan löytäminen ei aina ole kovin helppoa. Jonkin verran häiritsi sisäpihan terassilta huoneistoon tuleva tupakan savu.
