"Close to airport, friendly helpful staff. Rooms are well appointed. Complimentary breakfast was good. Excellent price"

"The staff is excellent, super responsive and willing to go the extra mile. However, we ended up in a room where another guest had been for months, and that guest allowed their pet to urinate in the room repeatedly. When you first walk in, you couldn't smell it, however, once we sat down and put our feet on the carpet (in socks) the smell became very apparent, and unmistakable. The hotel sent houskeeping right away to spray the carpet as best they could. We had set up a whole thing for crafting all weekend, so we did not want to move rooms, so that's on us. But there is no way the smell could have been missed and I wouldn't be surprised if they have to replace the carpet in the room fully. It's sad because good pet owners get a bad name because of owners like this. The hotel is awesome. The staff, especially Colleen in housekeeping, is stellar. The front desk did all they could. The breakfast is great. Everything about this property is great, but the room fell way below what we have become accustomed to staying in this hotel a dozen times. Kudos to the staff doing what they could but the room should be closed until it can be completely cleaned."

"The breakfast was lacking eggs, yogurt etc. there was coffee and muffins. Not sure if it was all eaten by the time I got there at 0730. Parking was good. I had to get someone up to the room to turn on the heat. "

"Staff was fabulous, room smelled strong of cleaning products had to leave window open to air it out. It’s outdated but they are in the midst of renovations, so I’m sure that will improve. "

"Quite dis appointed that we were not informed that the pools were not open and that the parking due to reno was limited' Perhaps a discount rate should have been offered"

"When we arrived, the front desk staff was on a FaceTime call and didn’t seem very focused on checking us in, which felt a bit unprofessional. They also gave us keys to the wrong room, so we had to go all the way back down to the lobby to get it sorted out, which was pretty inconvenient. Parking is also pretty limited, which made things a bit harder when we got there. Overall, the experience could’ve been smoother with a bit more attention during check-in."
