“A true gem in the heart of Keswick! The property felt like home from home, but with the luxury and convenience you would expect from a holiday rental. There is free onsite parking, check-in is easy (the hosts actually contacted us on the day to say we could check-in earlier if we wanted to), and communication with the host was quick and helpful. There is also a Sauna. The resort also has a laundry room and dryer so I was able to do my laundry while on our stay. The...

Cob webs everywhere, dust and debris on the chairs and in creases of the bedroom suede walls, spiders in corners and cutlery provided has old food hardened within the cuts of the forks as it hasn’t been cleaned properly and left. Toilet also splashes water all over the seat when flushing causing the lid to be splattered with toilet water after every flush.”

Toilet seat was extremely loose, shower mat for tub to prevent it from being slippery was filthy! Full of mold! Definitely wasn’t going to use it which then made having a shower extremely unsafe, was very...
