“Our stay was amazing! The staff were incredibly nice. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The only feedback is we wish there was Wi-Fi in the rooms and that the bed was a little softer. Although we came here to disconnect, having Wi-FI to communicate with family and manage flight check-ins would have been convenient. ”

“Everything about this hotel was great. The staff must be one of the friendliest staff members I've ever dealt with. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they made sure to accomodate us and help us with any request we had. The hotel was beautiful. Each room was slightly different and modern. Very clean and properly taken care of. Food was delicious. From the breakfast to the pizzas at night. Highly recommend you try the pizzas. Overall, we were really happy with our stay....

“We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor...
