โEverything about the hotel was excellent - spacious room, very comfortable bed, facilities inc the shared bathrooms. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Very convenient to eateries, local cinema and shopping.โ
โAs we have hot air balloon appointment and meet up at 5:00am morning time, So that select this hotel to stay and the meet up point at hotel restaurant. Everything are good condition. We had the dinner at hotel and very yummy and reasonable price. We have 5 peoples to stay. Except 1 thing that allocate the disable room for our family. So that the toilet can't make wet & dry seperate. โ
โWhen I arrived, they had put me in an upstairs room then when the check in staff noticed I wouldn't have been able to climb the stairs I got upgraded to a downstairs room to accommodate my disability which was hugely appreciatedโ
โWhen we arrived, the lady at reception was so nice. Friendly, happy, informative, helpful and so polite. The property itself is lovely. Our room was out by the lake. It was lovely and quiet. There is a lovely little walk around the lake which we did each morning and night. Overall a great place to stayโ

โVery Serene location with lake and bush style cottage living feel. Very friendly host who bakes the best bread. Cottage is large, allowing kids to have their own time. Large SPA-bedroom-bathroom-Kitchen-Sunroom was all on point. Definitely recommend for a relaxing family getaway in nature.โ
โWe arrived to our absolutely gorgeous accommodation with easy to follow instructions for access. It was pre heated, lights on and beautifully decorated. We walked to the local pub for dinner and had an awesome breakfast with our voucher from our stay.
It was quiet, romantic and a perfect choice for anyone just wanting some quality time, the spa was an added bonus.โ
