“The toilet in my room was broken took them four hours to get us in another room we were traveling and paid for three days in advance, trying to get a hold of management was almost impossible”

“Very basic and comfortable place to rest. This motel is on a very busy and loud(SUVs and motorcycles) corner at the gateway to the American River Rec. area. It is a very short stroll to Auburn historic downtown with pubs and excellent restaurants. It was Uber clean with a great shower. Somewhat worn but, again, location was excellent and wonderful helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.”

“Opened window smelled like cat or human pee closed window seams like the smell was coming in from outside shower door would not stay closed and toilet was not secured to floor bathroom door squeaked when opening it one of the frames of the bed made noise when you moved on it tree branches need to be trimmed needs help not sure if I will come back have used motel 6 for 30 years disappointed”
