"Overall a great stay. The staff was excellent throughout the stay, both at the front desk and the dining room. We opted for the morning breakfast and it was worth it. The only issue was the front sidewalk was run down and needed some attention and cleaning. Otherwise I would give them a solid 5."

"Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable! The air conditioning in the room worked very well and we felt very refreshed after a hot day of walking around. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We had trouble with the in room safe but the front desk person was able to help us open it. Breakfast was delicious with meat, cheese, herbed tomatoes, cucumber, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, an espresso maker and a nice variety of pastries. Very close to the subway and everything in the center of downtown as well as the waterfront."

"Amazing stay! Hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and the Main Street for shopping, The hotel rooftop bar and restaurant had the best views of the city and the ocean, The food was delicious and Saturdays they have a fantastic DJ. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and even room service. The bathroom towel heater was a great bonus to catch up on laundry and having it dry quickly. Have lunch at Bon Jardin one block away for the best rotisserie chicken ever… the line is long but worth it! Enjoy this beautiful hotel. It was a Department Store in a prior life."
