"From the check in to check out, this hotel was amazing! Wonderful, friendly staff who went above and beyond for our little dancers (we stayed for a dance convention in the area). Clean, beautiful property. The pool area was fun for the kids and adults both! Extremely clean rooms and nicely stocked with everything we needed. The restaurant and bar were amazing as well. Great location. We’ll definitely return!"

"The breakfast was 7 to 10. We went down at 9:30. No juice, coffee, waffle batter all gone, very limited food which was barely warm. No fruit or even cups to find water. Went to the front desk and asked if they were going to put more food and drink out. She said she'd ask. Nothing was restocked. Very poor service. The other thing that bothers me was they had cleared dishes away but they were right at the entrance of the breakfast space. I saw wasted food. Sausages. Sweet rolls, waffles etc. Not a nice thing to see while we are searching for food. If it's advertised until 10:00, it should be stocked. Our room faced into the interior of the hotel. This was supposedly an upgraded room. It was ok. However. The TV didn't work and we had a problem with the toilet. Iafter the toilet plugged for the 3rd time, we asked to change rooms. They did give us a much better room ..balcony and the toilet worked! We didn't even try the breakfast the second morning. We heard it was the same as the first morning. This needs to be fixed. The parking is under the hotel. Safe and secure. Overall it's a nice hotel. It just needs a bit of maintenance and the breakfast needs help!"

"Room was nice and clean. However, the property outside have people roaming around all day. It seemed like people were living out of the hotels, which is fine but it would be uncomfortable to step out and have clusters of people everywhere. Also, we would walk down to the car and there was a man sleeping naked with the door open. We accidentally ran into this occurring twice. Outside of the room were people sitting and standing around. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping never stopped by. We don’t know if we were supposed to request that. The check in person did not mention anything about this at all. Overall, the room was nice but the environment around feels weird."
