Was in one room that was VERY dirty had toe nails between the beds and on and behind night stand got moved to another room . Even dirtier. Actual poop on bathroom counter . Roaches in the second room were coming out during the day. Front desk staff was great though. Got me my refund quick no struggle.

The 1 bedroom suite with a pull out sofa in sitting area, is listed as sleeps 4. Unfortunately the pull out couch could not even sleep 1. Metal bars running across all three sections making it impossible to sleep. My husband is in town for medical treatment, which requires this type of sleeping arrangement for 2 adult guests. The room smelled of dog urine, multiple stains in sitting area (room 331) the side exit door that had a sign that said it was locked 24/7, use room key, was not locked ever. Lock non functioning. The front desk staff was very nice, and the lobby and breakfast area was well stocked and clean.

The room was in OK condition. The bed was done. Everything was clean with the exception that the restroom was not wiped down and trash from previous guest was not thrown. I had toiletries that were left from previous guest.. but I will say they did bring the towels quickly after I called and requested them. But the elevator wasn’t working.
