“The appliances were dated, the dryer didn’t dry but the house was well stocked with dishes and necessities. We did have a few issues. The door to the patio wouldn’t lock and a bathroom sink drain was stuck. We reported the problems and they were not repaired before the end of the stay. We did have an enjoyable visit overall. The golf course and hotel were very beautiful and well maintained. We really liked the space and it worked out well for our group.”

“Staying here was an delightful experience. You are in a grand house that was built in 1740 and has been beautifully and lovingly restored. Michael is the proprietor and is very friendly and easy to talk to. The gardens are lovely and there are several restaurants within easy walking distance of this charming small town. Highly recommend.”

“Hotel was nice, spacious nicely furnished room comfortable and the hotel has decent facilities. Parking was easy and plentiful. The only thing I found a small bit strange was having to pay extra for coffees at breakfast in addition to already paying for breakfast. I’ve not experienced that in a hotel before it’s a first. ”
