"We stayed here for 2 nights. A family of 3. Our room is a good size. Enough space to put our bags. Bathroom is spacious and clean modern design. Bed is comfy and clean too. The reasons I gave a 4 star rating was that on our 2nd night, our mugs was not changed. We still had our dirty mugs. And they might have forgotten to replenish our complimentary bottles of water. But the staff at the reception had given us some bottles of water on our check out, which was a delight. The staff are friendly and accomodating.
We had breakfast on our first day but on the second day, we decided not to as we thought there's not much food choices. Aside from that, overall the hotel is highly recommendable as its near to Old Town, less than 10minute walk and around 15 to 20minute walk to Colmar train station."
