Great stay for the Christmas Markets

Pictures didn’t do it justice. Great room, breakfast, bar area, and near enough to Cologne to get there easily, but far enough to get away from the crowds.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war für mich und meine Familie ein Alptraum. Mir wurde ein falsches heruntergekommenes Zimmer ( Alter verschmutzter Teppich) für zwei Personen zugeteilt. Meine Familie musste quer in ein Bett schlafen. Gebucht hatte ich ein modernes( Parketboden auf den Bildern bei Expedia) Dreibett Comfort Zimmer mit Zusatzbett für vier Personen(Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern). Das Hotel und Expedia haben mir nicht geholfen und mich abgewimmelt. Ich wünsche keinen diese Erfahrung und kann daher weder das Hotel noch Expedia weiterempfehlen.
