“The rooms are not clean, air conditioning was terrible. The staff made a lot of noise right outside our room during the day and night, I could barely sleep. The restaurant employees act as if you are bothering them by being there, I couldn’t even order a cup of coffee without being side eyed by an employee. Biggest regret was staying here even if it was only a few hours. ”

“The hotel hosted a wedding during our week stay without notifying guest until arrival. The infinity pool, beach club, and restaurant was all closed during our stay during this event. On two different nights music was so loud it echoed our room until 2:30am. Staff did nothing to help make our stay better after multiple attempts to speak with managers. Paid thousands of dollars for a terrible hotel experience. Thankfully the island itself is beautiful and we spent our days exploring it. ”

“I booked a balcony. To my knowledge there are just a small amount of balcony rooms. I was under the impression that i would have a pretty nice view of the harbor. Balcony rooms are more expensive. Well you dont have much of a view. You have a view of their solar system. So if you want a nice view, get a window room. Location in Otrabanda is very good. ”
