I loved staying at this hotel! The staff was super welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was really clean and updated, and the whole resort grounds are kept in great shape. It’s also in a perfect spot—super close to local shops, restaurants, and town. Highly recommend it, and I’d definitely stay here again!

It’s conveniently located next to the queen emma bridge and although it was closed, there is a free ferry that takes you across the bay. Room wise was spacious and comfortable but sometimes it was a bit noisy.

The hotel was in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff was very kind and helpful. I submitted a few requests through the Marriott Bonvoy app as that responded very quickly. My partner and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, as well as the other restaurants on site. We also appreciated the free parking that was available. This was my second time visiting this beautiful island and my partner’s first and I will certainly be choosing this hotel/resort for subsequent visits.

We had an amazing stay here! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and we absolutely loved the gym and casino. From the start, the staff was friendly and helpful, housekeeping came every day, and the location is just hard to beat. We would definitely recommend staying here. Oh and we really loved the beach/pool area - so pretty and relaxing!

This hotel is walking distance to everything downtown. I highly encourage you to do the free walking tour and painting activity offered by the hotel. The hotel staff is wonderful - Angelique, Rayay (walking tour), Roland, Riangelo, everyone! The food is very meh. There are so many restaurants around it is best to go out and eat. There’s a pancake place close to the entrance of the fort for breakfast. Kaya 91 has meat and vegetarian options. Compared with the other hotels I saw, I would choose this one again.

The staff was very welcoming even though we checked in late at night. One of the staff members offered all of my family members water as they saw the stress, exhaustion on our faces. We got to our rooms and everything was clean as expected
