“TERRIBLE. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE IS ALL I CAN SAY AND THATS BEING NICE. 1. AC did not work, all of my family was given a fan for our rooms as if this was normal 2. You pay extra for PREFERRED - NOTHING is preferred, you make your own drink in a separate room with chicken nuggets available. That is preferred. See view of my ocean view room 3. Cleaning service sucks, my toilet was never cleaned 4. Our rags were removed and not returned and when I went to the front desk at 10pm, was told room...

“Great place to stay!”

“The property was beautiful all inclusive property. We weren’t able to get reservations to any of the 4 restaurants so were forced to eat @ the buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They property didn’t have any premium liquor and they didn’t provide any wash cloths. They kept telling us that the laundry was done so we had to wash with hand cloths.”

“Excellent property…extremely helpful staff”

“So, our review will be mixed. We had a great time. I would say the property is “clean” and food was the best we’ve had at an all inclusive. Service was mixed. There were some exceptional people and some that were lazy. The other thing that we didn’t like and noticed is that the bars would only rinse glasses vs use clean ones from dishwasher when busy. We saw this at multiple bars. We also saw dirty dishes that didn’t get clean. I would recommend bringing your own cup/glass and having...

“Lack of staff is affecting the operation of this place. Very poor.”

“Het resort heeft tot ons verbazing ons helemaal verrast. Lekker eten en gedronken. Leuke zwembaden. Prijs kwaliteit klopt het helemaal. Ik zou nog een keer daar willen verblijven.”

“We came during the soft opening. We were only the 26th guests. The resort is eventually going to be beautiful but we went during construction. Even with the construction going on the resort was very beautiful and accommodating. The food options were limited but good. For example a menu item may be available at dinner but the snack bar may have the same items available at lunch the next day. We expected this due to our booking during a soft opening. The were great at informing us of expectations...

“Room was clean, shower and bathroom were okay. Mold around lots of the caulking in the shower, shower leaked to the bathroom floor, water didn’t get hot, only warm. Majority of staff were slow moving and not friendly. Constantly out of cups at the bar. Pool bar was NEVER staffed for all 7 days. Lines and waiting every time to get a drink. Bar does not open until 10am. No drinks before. Could not get ice before 10am. Pool had algae growing every day. Great location, beautiful view from beach....

“People in the front desk, they are professional and good guide for us to hVe a great tour. One ride for a day to town (Punda) , good wifi, good pool bar with happy hour, big zaqucci. ”
