"This resort was just right for our needs. The location is great, with shuttles almost every day to go grocery shopping or go into Willemstad. Staff were friendly and kept the rooms and pools neat and clean. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. The fire alarm went off 3 times during our 10 night stay which was shockingly loud and annoying (the staff could not really explain it). Bar is very expensive. Did not like the fact that they claim to be environmentally conscious in their towel/sheet replacement policy and then they did not follow it! We followed their instruction to hang towels that do not need replacing, but they replace them anyway. That aside, we would stay here again."

"As a solo traveler, this by far is a traveler dream. The hotel is so close to the city with many restaurants near by, easy to go and please. Great staff, shout out to Michelangelo who went the extra mile to double check if I was a Marriott member (which I was a forgot) and was able to add my stay for points. As I celebrated a birthday this hotel has everything, and although I didnt gamble. The upkeep of the infinity pool was just top-tier.. over looking cruises that dock near by and seeing them come and go was pretty cool. Will absolutely recommend I will come back again."

"The staff was very helpful, however, housekeeping was not doing their job correctly. I checked in on October 24th, the bedsheets were not changed, and i know because there was rice on the bed. I called front desk the next day ( by the way it was my bday), because the table with the coffee machine on it, was dirty, stained, and the coffee machine was also nasty. Housekeeping came, changed towels, made the bed without changing the sheets, did not clean well, and did not touch the coffee table. After a few minutes, a young lady came by( unfortunately i did not ask her name, she was amazing), she asked me about the coffee machine, and she asked immediately to replace the coffee machine. She was told that they do not have more coffee machine in stock. She took the coffee machine, and she washed it very thoroughly herself, brought back the machine, changed sugar, creamer and and the cups, because the ones i received during check in was dirty and full of sugar. Props to the young lady for doing her work, and to the "gentleman" who told her, that she was not her boss, just because she asked her to do his job; he needs to go home for being lazy."

"Strange not to have wash clothes in the bathroom and the remotes issued at the front desk but the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a stay and didn’t want to leave. And if you drive a car, be aware that parking is strictly enforced"
