"Staff and rooms were excellent. Great location to explore with a ton of food options. Area is walkable, safe and plenty of places to shop and explore. It was hot as expected so drinking liquids is a must, and there are plenty of spots to stop to get a drink. I would definitely stay here again. The only negative is the fire dept being across the street, which our room was facing, and given this is a decent size city- they have a lot of call which includes a lot of sirens at all hours. It wouldn't stop me from staying here as the staff, rooms and area heavily out weigh any noise around. "

"Hotel staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean, we did have a maintenance problem (towel rail dropped down when maid was placing towels on it, she was most apologetic) it was dealt with straight away. The pool area was clean with plenty of sun loungers. There was a wide choice of dishes at breakfast & we aimed to try something different each day. The location was just right for us not too far from a MRT station. "

The next morning, Cheryl’s attentiveness at breakfast added a wonderful touch to our experience. While there were some hiccups — our breakfast orders were mixed up twice — the overall experience more than made up for it. After all, we’re all human, and a few small missteps can be easily forgiven when the service and sincerity shine through. Thank you to the team for making my birthday celebration such a special one.
