โSheplerโs Ferry shuttle parking is across the street; easy short walk. Baymont also offered to call the shuttle bus for us to pick up at the hotel.โ
โThis older, neat, and tidy motel was perfect for us while we were traveling through Mackinaw. An easy walk to downtown and all the restaurants available in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. This property is was super clean and quiet. We will stay here again. โ
โI wanted to mention two staff members who really stood out to me: The first one was Rebekah (sp?) who helped me find the washer and dryer for guests. She didn't just point me in the right direction, but walked me there and even told me where to get soap if I needed it. After that, she walked me to the exercise room. The other lady I want to mention was Jessica at the front desk. She was extremely hospitable and helpful. โ
โWell kept family run properly. Great view of Macinaw bridge. Nice pool and hot tub. Walking distance to nearby restaurant and also to fort, park and beach.โ
