Why didn't he contact me or hotels.com when this hotel is no longer operating, according to the new hotel owner, they switched to a new owner. We were kicked out of the hotel office, not even allowing us to contact hotels. com for alternative accommodation, the new hotel owner is a barbarian! I have never seen as decent human being behaved the way towards us. I will never, ever stay with you, OYO again, name of the hotel when I booked, nor should you book Regency Inn, now called.
