“The apartment is in a "not so great" neighbourhood, but it's not as scary as some of what the other reviews said. You do feel a bit unsafe late at night, but there's a nice Texan/Mexican restaurant just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Food there was nice. If you just get in and out looking for a place to stay, this apartment is perfect. Once you step inside, the place felt secured and safe. There's a staff there near the entrance overnight. “본사와 연락이 정말 안되고 융통성 없ㄴ 일처리로 인해 돈도 시간도 얼마나 손해를 봤는지 모르겠습니다. 방 문도 고장나 있었고, 가위나 칼 등 도구들도 빠진 것들이 한 두개가 아니였습니다. 무엇보다 청소상태가 어떤지 모르겠지만 숙소에서 대마냄새가 너무 나서 머리가 아플 정도였고 침대 시트에도 뭐가 묻어있었습니다. 프론트에 있는 사람들은 그냥 앉아만 있는사람들이고 뭐만 물어보면 자기들은 모르니 본사?!에 연락하라는 명함만 주고 거의 2주 조금 넘게 있는 시간동안 해결되는 것은 하나도 없었습니다. 제대로 된 고객대처 매뉴얼이나 체계가 없는 곳이라 서비스 기대는 하나도 할 수 없고, 청결이나 가성비 등등 마음에 드는 것이 하나도 없기에 다시는 방문하고 싶지 않습니다. ”

“Although staying in a hotel with empty stores all around it was a bit eerie, my room was clean and comfortable, it was wonderfully convenient to where I needed to be, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I did find it strange that one day of my stay no one came to tidy, but I had plenty of fresh towels, so it wasn't a major problem. ”

the worst memory.....
"I made my reservation here a month ago. However, on the day of check-in, the front dest staff informed me that my reservation had been transferred to another location due to maintenance issues at the hotel, and the staff instructed me to go there. This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional way to handle a situation, and it was the first time in my life that I had experienced such a thing. I asked to speak with her manager, but when I tried to call, the manager did not answer. I also sent an email, but I have not received a reply yet. This cowardly way of handling things made my business trip in Baltimore the worst. "
