Check-in staff was not friendly and failed to mention about the breakfast time. However, check out staff was so friendly and waived the parking fee.

Breakfast was nice variety and staff was very friendly. Nice large dining area very clean. Room was very comfortable. Fridge was very cold which isn't always the case.

Hilton Garden Inn Columbus Easton
Pool was closed. Room was not ready upon checkin. We had 3 rooms. All three were not vacumed. Front desk was a hot mess. Another guest came up and said they walked in on someone because they gave them a room with someone in it. Definetly will not stay there again.

Residence Inn Marriott Easton
What a great property- Carlos at the front desk was so fabulous and many staff we encountered were the same. We came for Arnold and walking distance to eating and shopping. Their breakfast bar was scrumptious . Lyft was only 15 mins to downtown. We are definitely booking here next year.
